We're looking for a motivated and hands-on Logistics Supervisor who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and enjoys leading people to success.
In this role, you'll work closely with the Logistics Manager to oversee daily logistics operations, support production planning, and ensure our teams consistently deliver to high standards of quality, productivity, and safety.
The Role
You'll:
- Lead and support a team of logistics operatives.
- Coordinate daily logistics and production activities.
- Help plan resources and schedules to meet operational demands.
- Drive continuous improvement across logistics processes.
- Ensure compliance with health & safety standards and company procedures.
- Resolve operational issues quickly and effectively.

- Previous experience in a supervisory role within logistics, manufacturing, warehousing, or production.
