Reds10 is the leading innovator in off-site construction, delivering cutting-edge, sustainable public sector buildings in the education, defence, healthcare, commercial and residential sectors. We’re looking for a proactive and people-focused Learning & Development Advisor to join our team in our manufacturing facility in Driffield, East Yorkshire. In this role, you’ll ensure all factory, site and office-based colleagues receive the right training to remain skilled, safe and fully competent in their roles. This includes Health & Safety, compulsory core training, people management, role‑based skills, and technical upskilling.
You’ll be driving continuous improvement of our internal and external training programmes, ensure 100% compliance with mandatory requirements, and help develop the next generation of talent through our apprenticeship, T Level, work experience and Release on Temporary Licence (ROTL) initiatives. Key Responsibilities- Support the L&D Manager in identifying training needs across the factory, sites, and offices, and assist with the delivery of effective learning solutions
- Maintain and update the skills and mandatory training matrix for all roles
- Support the delivery of internal training programmes and workshops, particularly relating to technical processes (SOPs)
- Coordinate external training providers where required, in line with agreed development plans
- Support the review of upskilling requests with line managers and map development needs against existing competency frameworks
- Provide guidance and support to line managers on identifying development needs within their teams
- Support the L&D Manager with the delivery of all L&D initiatives across the business
- Support early careers development, apprenticeships/levy, and CITB activity
- Support the L&D Manager in ensuring compliance with Health & Safety and mandatory training requirements
- Coordinate and track training bookings and completions (e.g. first aid, fire marshal, mandatory training modules)
- Maintain accurate training, accreditation, and compliance records
- Produce training completion reports and support progress against quarterly targets
This role reports directly to the L&D Manager and works closely with them to support the delivery of Learning & Development initiatives across the business.
Key Skills & Experience- CIPD Level 3 minimum (CIPD Level 5 preferred) or equivalent practical experience
- Experience in an L&D Advisor role, ideally within a construction or manufacturing environment (minimum 2 years’ experience)
- Experience coordinating training programmes and managing learning resources
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accurate training and compliance data
- Excellent organisational and time‑management skills
