We\’re now looking for an Aftercare Response Manager to join our growing team and help ensure our modular spaces continue delivering excellence long after handover.
About the Role
As our Aftercare Response Manager, you’ll be the go-to person for resolving post-construction issues across our building projects. You\’ll manage and triage defects, coordinate with sub-contractors, maintain strong relationships with facilities management teams, and play a key role in continuous improvement efforts. Your work will directly protect Reds10’s reputation and help us deliver on our promise of quality and reliability.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Defect Management: Triage all reported issues, ensure they are logged accurately and coordinate with the operations team to get them resolved promptly.
- Customer Relations: Act as the primary point of contact for facilities management teams, ensuring issues are communicated clearly and resolved efficiently.
- Repairs Oversight: Work closely with sub-contractors and aftercare teams to manage maintenance and repair activities from start to finish.
- Quality Assurance: Monitor the standard of completed works and escalate where necessary.
- Process Improvement: Gather feedback, identify recurring issues, and contribute to lessons learned that shape future projects.
- Emergency Response: Implement emergency plans when necessary to ensure swift action and minimal disruption.
- Budget Awareness: Keep an eye on aftercare-related costs and alert the Aftercare Lead when support is needed to stay on budget.
- Trend Analysis: Track and interpret data to spot trends and improve how we manage and resolve issues going forward.
