Join our team and help shape the future of quality in construction! We’re looking for a Quality Assurance Supervisor who will play a critical role in ensuring our projects meet the highest standards. You’ll be the guardian of compliance, driving defect reduction and supporting continuous improvement across all sites.

What you’ll do:
- Conduct scheduled and ad-hoc audits across construction sites nationwide.
- Perform physical inspections to verify adherence to design and quality standards.
- Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Design, and Production teams to resolve quality issues.
- Deliver training packages to operations teams and supply chain.
- Report non-conformances and recommend corrective actions.
- Monitor pre-handover inspections to ensure defect reduction targets are met.
- Contribute to the development of internal SOPs and QA processes.
What we’re looking for:
- Quality Standards Knowledge: ISO 9001, ISO 14001.
- Construction Expertise: Strong understanding of construction processes and technical requirements.
- Auditing & Inspection Skills: Ability to perform compliance audits and inspections effectively.
- Tech Savvy: Proficient in ACC (Autodesk Construction Cloud), OpenSpace, and Office 365.
- Analytical Mindset: Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
- Communication & Leadership: Confident, clear communicator with authority to enforce standards.
