Reds10 is a highly succesful, ambitious and fast paced, construction company looking for an HR Advisor to join our team for a 6 month FTC. This role is for an immediate start – please only express interest if this applies to you. Based in London Bridge you will be joining a small team playing a crucial role in enhancing our employee experience, managing employee relations and driving continuous HR improvements. Key responsibilities * Handle employee relations matters, including grievance and disciplinary procedures. * Contribute to HR projects and initiatives to improve processes and efficiency. * Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies. * Provide expert HR support and guidance to employees and managers. * Maintain HR systems, documentation, and data confidentiality. Key Skills: – CIPD qualified with strong UK employment law knowledge. – Proven experience in complex employee relations. – Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills. – Ability to work under pressure and manage competing demands effectively.
