A great opportunity to join an award winning and innovative modular construction company as an Operations and Maintenance Administrator at our Driffield site in East Yorkshire. This role is a FTC to cover maternity leave for circa 12 months. Your role as Operations and Maintenance Administrator at Reds10: As Reds10's Operations and Maintenance administrator you will be an important part of our team, you will be responsible for the collection of project documentation and collating the information into a well-organised system. Your main objective will be to ensure that a full set of O&M Manuals have been approved and prepared ahead of the project completion to encourage a positive customer experience and leaving a ‘best in class’ impression of Reds10 to the client and end users.
As our O&M Administrator you join a friendly team building relationships with the project delivery team, designers, consultants, and supply chain partners to foster and encourage a collaborative effort to achieve a seamless handover of information. Experience within a construction/maintenance organisation would be beneficial but not essential.
The accountabilities of an Operations and Maintenance Administrator at Reds10:
- Information is uploaded, managed and well organised
- All stakeholders to be aware of their O&M obligations and the information that is expected to be submitted and by when
- Keeping project members informed of progress
- Escalating concerns of under-performing supply chain members

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to pass information clearly and accurately
