Summary

The Assistant Engineer will be involved in the engineering design from land appraisal through to construction issue, and supervise site works and progress sites through to adoption.

Key Responsibilities

• To take part in the initial stage of infrastructure delivery on new sites, including services, foundations and diversions/disconnections.
• Ensure site works are undertaken to the Technical Approvals gained from statutory bodies.
• Liaise with statutory bodies to ensure compliance with their technical specifications.
• Ensure roads, sewers and streetlights are progressed to maintenance period and final adoption.
