Role Description
The Senior Sales Negotiator is a full-time, on‑site role based in Chorley, responsible for managing property sales and lettings from initial enquiry through to completion.
Day-to-day tasks include conducting property viewings, handling buyer and tenant enquiries, negotiating offers, and progressing agreed sales and lettings in line with company standards and regulatory requirements.
The role involves maintaining strong relationships with vendors, buyers, landlords, and tenants, providing clear communication, and delivering a high level of customer service at all times.
The Senior Sales Negotiator will also prepare accurate property listings, support marketing activities, monitor local market trends, and contribute to achieving team sales targets.
This position requires working closely with colleagues to ensure smooth transactional processes and a consistent, professional client experience.
Qualifications
- Experience working within estate agency or property sales, with strong knowledge of residential Sales and Lettings processes.
- Demonstrated Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to build rapport and manage client expectations professionally.
- Proven track record in Sales, including negotiating offers and achieving or exceeding performance targets.
- Strong local market awareness in Chorley and the wider North West region, with the ability to provide informed advice to clients.
- Good organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail in documentation and compliance.
- Comfort using property management software, CRM systems, and digital marketing tools to support listings and client communication.
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for property visits and viewings.
- Previous experience in a senior or lead negotiator role, or demonstrable capability to take on senior responsibilities, is highly beneficial.
