The Data Centre Operations Analyst is responsible for ensuring the continuous, secure, and efficient operation of the data centre environments. This role provides hands‑on technical support, cabling infrastructure maintenance, and high‑quality service delivery to both internal teams and customers. The Analyst plays a key role in maintaining service availability, physical security, and operational excellence across the data centre.
Suitable candidates will have the following experience:
- Some understanding of data centre infrastructure, including power, cooling, structured cabling, and networking fundamentals.
- Hands‑on experience with hardware installation, diagnostics, and cable fault‑finding.
