Due to periods of growth and expansion, a leading organisation is recruiting now. My client is looking for a Data Centre Operations Analyst to join their team.
Ideal candidates will have the following:
- Strong understanding of data centre infrastructure including power systems, cooling, structured cabling, and networking fundamentals
- Hands-on experience with hardware installation, diagnostics, and cable fault-finding
- Strong problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail
- Clear communication skills with a strong customer service focus (written and verbal)
- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment while adhering to strict health & safety standards
- Willingness to work shift patterns, including nights, weekends, and on-call rotations
- Reliable and proactive approach, able to work independently or as part of a team
- Calm under pressure with a structured approach to incident and operational management
- Strong commitment to professionalism, safety, and service quality
