Information Technology Support Specialist (Networking) Location: Bradford (Hybrid) Permanent // Full-time A leading technology provider is seeking a proactive and technically skilled Operations Specialist to support and enhance the stability, performance, and efficiency of networking and infrastructure systems. Resolve escalated technical incidents and conduct root cause analysis to prevent recurrence. Plan, implement, and document infrastructure and network changes. Monitor operational metrics and lead service improvement initiatives. Maintain accurate configuration records and technical documentation. Work closely with engineering and service delivery teams to ensure seamless technical operations. Strong understanding of networking protocols (BGP, OSPF, MPLS) and IP fundamentals. Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., Python) and interest in automation. Experience with performance monitoring tools and operational reporting.
