Join a growing team supporting critical infrastructure in a dynamic data centre environment. As a Data Centre Operations Analyst, you'll be hands-on with racking, cabling, hardware installs, power management, and customer support working on-site in a rotating 24/7 shift pattern (2 days, 2 nights, 4 off).
What you'll bring:
- 1+ year in a data centre or technical support environment
- Solid understanding of cabling, hardware maintenance & IT systems
- Experience with ticketing systems & data handling
- Great communication, organisation & problem-solving skills
- MCSA / CCNA / ITIL certifications
