Software Trainer

Delivering high-quality software training to support product adoption, client onboarding and professional development.

This is an opportunity to join a specialist technology environment where you'll design, deliver and continuously improve training across a complex software product portfolio.

The Role

• Deliver classroom, virtual, workshop and hands-on training
• Train users across software functionality, workflows, configuration, administration, reporting and troubleshooting
• Develop and maintain instructor-led, eLearning, blended-learning and digital training content
• Create user guides, videos, simulations, knowledge articles and quick-reference materials
• Conduct practical exercises and competency assessments
• Support client onboarding, software implementation and new product releases
• Coach and mentor employees to develop product knowledge
• Collaborate with Product, Development, QA, Professional Services, Support and Customer Success teams
• Monitor training effectiveness and continuously improve training programmes

What We're Looking For

• Excellent presentation, facilitation and communication skills
• The ability to explain complex technical concepts to different audiences
• Experience creating digital learning content using video, screen-recording and presentation tools
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
• Excellent organisation and planning skills
• A genuine passion for learning, knowledge sharing and developing others
• Financial services, employee benefits or SaaS
• Software implementation and client onboarding
• Adult-learning and instructional-design methodologies
• Blended learning, certification pathways or competency frameworks
