Software Team Leader/Manager (C#/.Net) – Sheffield – Tech4Good – New Role! Keywords: C#, .Net, SQL Server, Azure, Agile, Team Leading A market leading organisatin in the Tech4Good space requires a Software Team Leader/Manager to joins its growing and successful team! Suitable candidates will have the folloiwng experience: Strong commercial experience in software development using C# .NET, coupled with circa 2 years experience in a leadership/managment role. Experience leading technical decisions. Excellent communication skills and the abilities to convey concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders. Comfortable with git version control. Process driven. Flexible approach and positive attitude. Experience with at least two of the following requirements: o ORM (NHibernate, Entity Framework, etc.), o SQL Server or other relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL), o DevExpress components. Desirable Familiar with developer tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence. Duties will include the folloiwng: Leading two software development teams and helping to drive projects forward. Managing and mentoring software developers. Setting and maintaining architectural standards. Writing and reviewing code. Creating a long-term strategy for modernising the code base. Collaborating with cross-functional teams.
