We’re hiring a Technical Lead to guide two experienced software teams building specialist Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS) used globally in critical healthcare diagnostics and treatment.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead architecture, design & delivery across two .NET/C# teams
  • Mentor developers and drive process improvements
  • Modernise legacy code and shape long-term technical strategy
  • Collaborate with Sales, QA & end users, with occasional customer site visits

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years experience with C# .NET programming (2+ in a leadership role)
  • Strong communication & decision-making skills
  • Solid experience with git, relational databases, and ORM frameworks
