We’re hiring a Technical Lead to guide two experienced software teams building specialist Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS) used globally in critical healthcare diagnostics and treatment.
What You’ll Do
- Lead architecture, design & delivery across two .NET/C# teams
- Mentor developers and drive process improvements
- Modernise legacy code and shape long-term technical strategy
- Collaborate with Sales, QA & end users, with occasional customer site visits
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years experience with C# .NET programming (2+ in a leadership role)
- Strong communication & decision-making skills
- Solid experience with git, relational databases, and ORM frameworks
