Service Operations Manager

I'm currently working with an award-winning technology organisation that is investing heavily in the growth of its Client Services function. They're looking to appoint a Service Operations Manager to play a pivotal role in shaping how live services are delivered across the business.

This is a brand-new position, making it a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys building processes, improving service delivery and making a real impact.

What you'll be doing:

• Leading and coordinating Service Operations across multiple business teams
• Managing incidents, escalations, operational risks and service governance
• Improving service visibility through reporting, dashboards and meaningful MI
• Working closely with Support, Product, Professional Services, PMO, Delivery and IT teams to ensure a seamless client experience
• Driving continual service improvement and helping develop a scalable Service Operations function
