Working closely with senior leadership, Project Managers, Business Analysts, and delivery teams, youll play a key role in shaping how projects and programmes are governed, reported, and successfully delivered. /p p br /p p strong Key Responsibilities /strong /p ul li Develop and implement PMO processes, governance frameworks, standards, templates and delivery tool kits. /li li Establish consistent project controls, stage gates and governance across the project portfolio. /li li Produce executive-level dashboards, portfolio reporting, KPIs and management information. /li li Monitor portfolio risks, issues, dependencies and delivery performance. /li li Facilitate governance forums, steering committees and executive reporting meetings. /li li Support strategic planning, prioritisation, resource management and delivery planning. /li li Conduct delivery assurance reviews, health checks and lessons learned activities. /li li Lead, coach and mentor Project Managers, PMO Analysts and delivery teams on PMO best practices. /li li Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance delivery quality and organisational maturity. /li /ul p br /p p strong Were looking for /strong /p ul li Significant experience within a PMO, Programme Management or portfolio management environment /li li Experience improving PMO governance, reporting frameworks and delivery standards. /li li Experience in setting up frameworks and systems. /li li Strong knowledge of project, programme and portfolio management best practices. /li li Experience producing executive-level reporting, dashboards and portfolio insights. /li li Excellent stakeholder management skills with experience working alongside senior leadership teams. /li li Strong analytical, reporting and problem-solving capabilities /li li Experience managing portfolio risks, issues, dependencies and governance processes /li li Excellent planning, organisation and prioritisation skills. /li li Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and MS Project. /li li Experience with recognised delivery methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall or PRINCE2 (SAFe is advantageous). /li li An interest in emerging technologies, including AI, and experience using AI-enabled tools to improve reporting, planning and decision-making. /li /ul p br /p p strong What Youll Bring /strong /p ul li A strategic mindset with a passion for improving how organisations deliver change. /li li Excellent communication and presentation skills. /li li Strong leadership and coaching abilities. /li li Confidence influencing senior stakeholders and challenging constructively. /li li Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills. /li li A continuous improvement mindset with a passion for driving delivery excellence. /li li The ability to balance innovation with governance, quality and control. /li /ul
