Location: Remote (Travel to sites required)

About the role: We're working with a large, multi-site group on a critical hire, they’re looking for a Senior Business Process Analyst who will play a central role in preparing the organisation for a large transformation of operational change, which includes AI enablement and process automation. Embedded across schools, colleges and central teams, you'll review how work is currently done, document end-to-end processes, and co-design future-state ways of working with stakeholders. Expect a mix of facilitation, analysis and structured improvement activity across a complex, regulated environment. This is a remote position which will require occasional travel to sites across the UK, so candidates must have a full clean driving licence and vehicle.

Responsibilities:

  • As-is process mapping and documentation
  • Designing agreed to-be processes
  • Identifying inefficiencies, duplication, risk and compliance gaps
  • Supporting MIS alignment, data quality and reporting
  • Enabling readiness for AI and automation initiatives
  • Embedding a continuous improvement mindset across the business

Requirements:

  • Proven experience mapping and improving processes across multi-site organisations
  • Strong BPMN, Lean or similar process mapping experience
  • Confidence in leading workshops and engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
