We’re proud to be partnering with a leading organisation in their search for an experienced Sales Support Lead. This role will oversee sales development activities and play a key part in driving business success by delivering comprehensive administrative and sales support across the entire sales lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with internal teams to support the full sales process.
- Participate in sales meetings, ensuring all relevant details are prepared and presented.
- Manage incoming opportunities, tracking and updating progress in the CRM (Pipedrive) from initial contact through to delivery.
- Coordinate proposals, quotations, and approvals with colleagues, legal, finance, and deployment teams.
- Oversee follow-ups in the sales funnel to maximise potential opportunities.
- Manage the renewal process to ensure timely processing of annual renewals.
- Maintain up-to-date sales assets and materials, ensuring organisation across the sales process.
- Provide general support to the sales and bid teams, including assisting CEO and sales leads as required.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems (Pipedrive), Microsoft 365 Office Suite, SharePoint and other sales and business-related software.
- 3-5 years of practical experience in a similar environment.
- Proven customer relationship management experience, preferably within the healthcare or digital technology sector.
- A successful track record of working to tight deadlines.
- Experience in dealing with customers and suppliers and prioritising outstanding tasks.
- Experience in dealing confidently with colleagues of all levels around the organisation up to the CEO.
- NHS sales experience or similar experience in a slower-paced sales environment is required.
