Salary: £35k + Benefits and Progression
Location: Bristol (Hybrid)
Due to periods of growth and expansion a leading organisation is recruiting now. My client is looking for Sales and Business Development Managers to join their growing team!
Ideal candidates will have the following:
- Ideally educated to degree level in a relevant field such as Business, Marketing, or a related Sales experience or a clinical qualification
- 3–4 years’ healthcare or B2B sales experience
- Confident presenting to both customers and suppliers, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and outstanding tasks effectively
- Comfortable working and communicating with stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership and the CEO
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and general IT systems
- Experience using a CRM system to manage pipelines, track leads, and support sales activity
