Reporting Specialist – AI/Co-Pilot/Power BI – New Role – Up to £50k (REF31)
A market-leading organisation in the Bristol area requires a Reporting Specialist to join its growing team. The successful candidate will maintain and develop reporting solutions as well as provide analysis around the adoption of AI.
Applicants will have experience in collaborating with project managers, programme managers, and senior management to ensure the delivery of management information with a focus on tracking AI adoption and benefits realisation. Other duties include:
- Defining and developing reporting frameworks to measure the impact of AI tools on productivity and development efficiency
- Monitoring and analysing usage patterns of Microsoft 365 Copilot and GitHub Copilot
- Collaborating with teams to gather qualitative, quantitative measurements and feedback on effectiveness, identifying opportunities to enhance AI tool usage and integrate insights into team and portfolio planning
- Collecting, analysing, and interpreting data from Jira, Confluence, Teams, and Excel to identify trends and provide actionable insights with standardised data sets and visualizations
- Owning the portfolio management Reporting and Planning tools and reporting used by the Plans Portfolio Management team
Suitable candidates will ideally have the following:
- Prior experience in reporting on AI usage
- Advanced experience with reporting and analysis using Power BI, including building dashboards
- Strong experience of using software for data manipulation, transformation, and statistical modelling
- Experience in data visualization and analysis
- Proficiency in development management tools – such as and Confluence
- Extensive knowledge of Excel and Power Query
- Experience and understanding of Project Methodologies and SDLC
- Proven ability to produce high-quality written documentation and presentation slides
Any experince of the following woule be welcomed:
- Experience in Co-Pilot for Microsoft 365 and GitHub
- Exposure to IT development projects in an operational environment
- Experience in the financial services industry
