UI Product Designer Reading / Hybrid Competitive salary + benefits I’m working with a growing technology business that is undertaking a major transformation of its product platform, moving away from a collection of legacy products towards a modern, cohesive SaaS experience. They’re looking for a UI Product Designer to play a key role in shaping that journey. You’ll have genuine ownership of the visual direction and design system for a new-generation platform, helping establish the standards, components and patterns that will be used across the wider product. Define the UI vision and visual language for a modern B2B SaaS platform Own and evolve a scalable design system , from foundations through to reusable components and patterns Work closely with developers to ensure designs become working, implementation-ready code Design experiences across desktop, tablet and mobile Create interfaces for AI-generated analytics, recommendations and insights , making complex information clear and interpretable Develop intuitive self-service configuration experiences for business users and administrators Partner closely with Product, UX, Engineering, Architecture and QA throughout discovery and delivery 5+ years' experience in Product Design, UI Design, Interaction Design or a similar discipline ~ Strong experience within B2B SaaS, enterprise software or complex workflow products ~ Proven experience creating or owning design systems and component libraries ~ Strong knowledge of Figma , prototyping, visual design and interaction design ~ Experience collaborating closely with developers around technologies such as React / Storybook ~ A strong understanding of responsive design, accessibility and design for complex workflows ~ An interest in AI-enabled product experiences and how complex data and insights should be presented Experience modernising legacy products and bringing fragmented product areas together under a shared design system would be particularly valuable.
