We\’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to join a growing managed services provider in Harrogate. If you have a track record of delivering complex infrastructure projects across Wireless, WAN, LAN, VOIP, and ICT services, this could be your next move.
What you’ll do:
- Manage end-to-end customer delivery projects – from order receipt to first billing
- Ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Lead project planning, resource allocation, and stakeholder communication
- Drive escalations and problem resolution through to successful closure
- Provide clear, accurate reporting on progress, risks, budgets, and resource forecasts
What we\’re looking for:
- Strong Project Management background, ideally within a managed services environment
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proficient with Office 365 (Planner) and ideally Dynamics 365
- Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously using structured methodologies (Waterfall/Hybrid)
