About the role:
We're working with a large, multi-site group on a critical hire. They’re looking for a Senior Business Process Analyst who will play a central role in preparing the organisation for a large transformation of operational change, which includes AI enablement and process automation. Embedded across schools, colleges and central teams, you'll review how work is currently done, document end-to-end processes, and co-design future-state ways of working with stakeholders. Expect a mix of facilitation, analysis and structured improvement activity across a complex, regulated environment. This is a remote position which will require occasional travel to sites across the UK, so candidates must have a full clean driving licence and vehicle.
Responsibilities:
- As-is process mapping and documentation
- Designing agreed to-be processes
- Identifying inefficiencies, duplication, risk and compliance gaps
- Supporting MIS alignment, data quality and reporting
- Enabling readiness for AI and automation initiatives
- Embedding a continuous improvement mindset across the business
Requirements:
- Proven experience mapping and improving processes across multi-site organisations
- Strong BPMN, Lean or similar process mapping experience
- Confidence in leading workshops and engaging with both technical & non-technical stakeholders
- Understanding of MIS, data flows and reporting dependencies
- PRINCE2 Practitioner or equivalent (desirable)
