About the Role
We're looking for an organised, analytical, and proactive
Data Analyst to join a growing team, supporting data-driven decision-making across client implementations, business change initiatives, and internal projects.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with data in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is passionate about turning complex information into meaningful insights that improve business performance and decision-making.
We're looking for someone who has
- At least 4 years' experience in a data analyst, performance analyst, business intelligence analyst or similar role focused on operational or delivery performance.
- Strong analytical skills, including the ability to profile, cleanse, reconcile and interpret data from multiple sources.
- Strong hands-on experience with Azure Dev Ops.
- Strong experience using Power BI.
- Good working knowledge of data querying.
- Experience and working knowledge of SQL.
- Good knowledge of Power Query, data modelling, relationships and DAX measures.
- Experience defining baselines, targets, KPIs and supporting measures that show performance and progress and outcomes.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and delivery.
- Experience presenting analysis and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
