We’re working with a growing technology organisation that is going through an exciting period of transformation and change. They are looking for a Business Consultant to join their Organisational Effectiveness function and help drive improvements across the business. This role will have a direct impact on how the organisation scales, improves transparency and embeds better ways of working.
What you’ll be doing
- Support a range of transformation and continuous improvement initiatives, including:
- Supporting organisational effectiveness
- Analysing current ways of working and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, effectiveness and value delivery
- Supporting improvements across operating structures, processes, governance and ways of working
- Helping translate strategic priorities into practical actions and measurable outcomes
- Supporting business transformation
- Contributing to a business-wide transformation programme focused on improving how the organisation operates
- Helping shape future-state processes, governance models and operating practices
- Supporting delivery of practical changes that create measurable value
- Improving performance visibility
- Supporting the development of performance frameworks, reporting structures and key measures
- Helping establish KPIs, KRIs, OKRs and other performance indicators
- Providing insight that helps leaders understand progress, risks and opportunities
