About the role
We’re working with a market-leading organisation that’s scaling rapidly and looking for an Angular Developer to take ownership of the development experience across web and mobile platforms. This is a hands-on role combining strong front-end engineering with UI/UX ownership, alongside an understanding of back-end frameworks such as PHP. You’ll work closely with product, QA and full-stack engineers to shape how products look, feel and behave. You’ll be delivery-focused, pragmatic, and confident making front-end and UX decisions while owning a modern Angular codebase within an Agile environment.
Responsibilities
- Building and maintaining responsive front-end applications using Angular, JavaScript and TypeScript.
- Owning UI/UX decisions across web and mobile platforms.
- Collaborating with product, QA and full-stack developers to deliver high-quality features.
- Ensuring clean, maintainable, and scalable front-end code.
- Contributing to front-end architecture and best practices.
- Mentoring junior developers and supporting team development.
Requirements
- Strong experience with Angular and modern JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Experience with PHP back-end development.
- Solid understanding of UI/UX principles and user-centred design.
- Experience working with Git and maintaining production codebases.
- Comfortable collaborating with non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments.
Nice to have
- Experience working in small teams or fast-scaling environments.
- Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG) and design systems.
- Experience integrating with APIs and back-end services.
