A high-profile organisation that is entering a defining phase in its development, is seeking an IT / Infrastructure Manager to lead the delivery of its secure, resilient and future-ready IT environment. This role will suit candidates who have exceptional soft skills and an interest in sport, coupled with experience of the following:

  • Leading the day-to-day management of IT operations, ensuring systems are robust, secure and highly available.
  • Owning the IT infrastructure, including networks, hardware, cloud services and core applications.
  • Acting as the primary point of contact for all IT matters across the organisation, translating business needs into practical technology solutions.
  • Driving continuous improvement, modernisation and automation of systems and processes.
  • Managing cybersecurity, data protection and system resilience in line with best practice and regulatory requirements.
  • Overseeing vendor relationships, contracts and service performance, ensuring value for money and service excellence.
  • Supporting innovation across sporting, commercial and corporate functions, enabling data-led decision-making and operational efficiency.
  • Providing matchday IT support for all home and key external fixtures.
