We're partnering with a leading UK-based MSP to find a NOC Manager. This is a key leadership role where you’ll head up a skilled team of engineers, handle complex escalations, and ensure the seamless running of enterprise-scale network operations.
What you’ll be doing:
- Leading and mentoring a third-line network team, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Owning escalated technical issues, ensuring timely resolution of complex network incidents.
