The role will be based in the Cheshire & Merseyside region, with base operations located in Liverpool. A leading UK supplier of integrated healthcare solutions to the NHS in the Liverpool area requires an IT Delivery Driver/Field Engineer to join its fantastic growing team. You will be the face-to-face contact of the company with patients/users.
Ideal candidates will have the following:
- Excellent interpersonal skills or prior experience in a customer service role
- UK Drivers license
- Experience tracking location and status of stock through relevant IT systems
Desirable:
- 1st/2nd Line support role experience
- Proven experience in support: Android and iOS
- Experience installing Android and iOS based technology
- Knowledge of maintaining software and hardware / supporting upgrades and ongoing development
