As they continue to scale across EMEA, they’re seeking an experienced Senior Account Executive to drive sales and growth.

This is a full-cycle role with a high degree of ownership over the full end-to-end sales process, including managing and converting a pipeline, acquiring new logos, and managing client accounts. The successful candidate will have strong experience in enterprise SaaS sales & account management within banking, financial services, or telecoms.

Responsibilities:
  • Build, manage and convert a strong pipeline across EMEA, focused on Tier 1 financial services, major telecoms, and large insurance organisations.
  • Own the full sales lifecycle from initial discovery through to deal close, engaging senior stakeholders at Director and CxO level.
  • Create high-quality commercial content independently, including proposals, ROI models, business cases and executive presentations.
  • Develop and grow strategic accounts, with clear expansion plans and a focus on increasing net revenue retention.
  • Work closely with Solution Architects and Customer Success to shape solutions and position deals effectively.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of senior-level experience in enterprise B2B SaaS sales, with consistent delivery of closing 6+ figure deals.
  • Experienced in selling into Tier 1 banks, large insurers or telco companies, with an established network at senior level in at least one of these verticals.
  • Strong understanding of contact centre environments, digital transformation, or regulated journey technologies.
  • Ability to produce polished, client-ready sales materials without depending on centralised bid or marketing teams.
  • A consultative approach focused on outcomes and business value rather than product features.
