An international professional services firm is looking to expand its IT team with several experienced IT Support Analysts. This position will be responsible for delivering high-quality technical support to employees across various office locations, ensuring business-critical systems and workplace technology operate effectively.
Working as part of a wider IT function, you'll provide hands-on and remote support, troubleshoot technical issues, and contribute to maintaining a seamless technology experience for users across the organisation.
Key Requirements- Previous experience within a 2nd Line Support, Desktop Support, or similar IT support position
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365 applications
- Experience supporting desktop hardware, laptops, device deployments, and user onboarding processes
- Solid understanding of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, LAN, and WAN technologies
- Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused approach
- Ability to prioritise competing tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Team-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Full UK driving licence required
- Deliver technical support for desktop, laptop, software, and connectivity-related issues
- Log, investigate, and resolve incidents and service requests within agreed SLAs
- Build, configure, deploy, and maintain end-user devices and workstation environments
- Support Microsoft technologies including Active Directory and Microsoft 365
- Manage and maintain IT asset inventories and equipment lifecycle records
- Monitor ticket queues and assist in driving continuous service improvements
- Liaise with internal technology teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues
