A leading organisation in the Liverpool area requires a number of Support Analysts/Administrators to join its growing IT delivery team. Suitable candidates will have the following skills:

  • Good IT skills including the general use of Windows based PCs, the Internet and email
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office products
  • Good organisational skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
  • Well organised and presentable to customers
  • Able – and happy – to talk with customers in person on a regular basis
  • Able to work with minimal supervision
  • Valid UK driving licence
