A leading organisation in the Wiltshire area requires Junior/Graduate IT Support Analysts to join its growing team. Suitable candidates will have the following skills/experience:
- Ideally some experience of working in an IT support environment
- Good knowledge of Microsoft-based operating systems and O365
- Exposure to Windows Server and Microsoft Azure useful
- Understanding of Ethernet, TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, firewalls and wireless networking
- Ability to quickly diagnose and troubleshoot problems on a variety of systems and applications
- Driven and committed individual with a focus on quality and developing oneself
