IT Support Assistant β Liverpool β Β£25k
Location: Liverpool Office
A leading software house in the Liverpool area requires an IT Support Assistant to join its support function.
Key Responsibilities:
- Setting up new equipment for deployment.
- Servicing returned equipment including minor repairs and fault finding.
- Handling incoming mail.
- Maintaining the security, integrity, and confidentiality of data and information to which they are provided access during their work.
- Supporting staff with IT and administrative tasks.
- Maintaining awareness and actively complying with current Information Governance (IG) and Information Security (IS) standards and policies.
- Proper handling and storage of equipment, including manual handling such as lifting and moving equipment and stock.
- Accurate recording of equipment information and movement tracking.

- Good IT skills including:
