Key Responsibilities
- Lead discovery workshops with business stakeholders to map current processes, identify pain points, and define future-state solutions.
- Create user stories and requirements to support agile delivery teams throughout the development lifecycle.
- Work closely with SMEs, architects, and transformation teams to design target business processes aligned with strategic objectives.
- Support the transition from current to future processes, ensuring successful adoption and business change.

- 3+ years' experience as a Business Analyst within a complex corporate environment.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery teams.
- Strong process mapping, requirements gathering, and business transformation experience.
- Understanding of CRM, ERP, and billing platforms.
- Experience analysing data models and translating business requirements into user stories.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Customer Engagement and Finance & Operations).
- Data Lake and Power BI.
- Billing platforms such as Microsoft, AWS, or Cloudmore.
