Due to periods of growth and expansion a leading organisation is recruiting now. My client is looking for Graduate Consultants to join their amazing team.
Ideal candidates will have the following:
- Qualified to degree level (2:1 or above)
- A strong educational background to degree level in a STEM subject and Excellent A Level results
- Professionally oriented, with demonstrable customer-facing or client-facing skills
- An analytical approach to data
- Excellent interpersonal skills - explain technical solutions in a non-technical manner
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to identify their requirements, conducting discovery sessions to understand their environment, business objectives, and compliance needs.
- Identifying problems and establishing creative solutions
- Analyse data sets for trends and provide guidance on data strategies
- Collaborate with internal teams to share insights and identify opportunities to enhance service offerings and improve overall client satisfaction.
