Key responsibilities:
- Lead multi-channel operations spanning wholesale, ecommerce, and marketplace activity
- Oversee supply chain performance, including inbound logistics, forecasting, and stock flow optimisation
- Champion continuous improvement initiatives, including automation and process redesign
- Own the development and optimisation of core systems, data infrastructure, and digital capability
- Partner with commercial teams to ensure operational alignment with sales and growth plans
- Strengthen product data accuracy, order processing, and end-to-end fulfilment performance
- Manage supplier and third-party relationships to ensure service, cost, and quality standards are met
- Guide facilities and workplace operations, ensuring safe, efficient and scalable environments

Skills & experience required:
- Strong track record in senior operational leadership within retail, consumer goods, or similar sectors – a background in fashion, apparel and/or accessories domain in particular

- Demonstrated ability to lead change, transformation, or large-scale process improvement
- Strong commercial judgement with the ability to balance service, cost, and growth priorities
- Confident working across cross-functional teams including IT, supply chain, and commercial stakeholders
- Highly numerate with strong analytical and problem-solving capability
- Experienced in managing external partners, vendors, and service providers
