About the role: We’re proud to be working with an award-winning UK law firm that’s growing its innovation team, and they're seeking a Legal Technology & Innovation Consultant to help design, deliver, and implement firm-wide innovation. The role is focused on driving innovation through the adoption of new technology and AI tools, driving process improvement with automation. You’d be collaborating closely with solicitors, partners, and clients to implement new technologies like GenAI, no-code platforms, and document analytics.
Responsibilities:
- Supporting technology innovation projects focused on client collaboration and process improvement.
- Translating legal and client requirements into smart, technology-enabled solutions.
- Advising paralegals, lawyers and clients on the use of tools like Harvey AI, HighQ, Contract Express, and Luminance.
- Championing automation, analytics, and no-code platforms across the firm.
- Collaborating with project managers, IT specialists, and legal teams to deliver change initiatives.
- Promoting innovation internally and externally through workshops, events, and thought leadership.
Requirements:
- Excellent hands‑on experience and knowledge of legal technology solutions.
- A background of working within the legal sector with a strong knowledge of its nuances, and an appreciation of the benefits of technological innovation in law.
- Demonstrable experience in improving legal processes through technology.
- Collaborative, client‑focused, and the ability to autonomously lead workshops or innovation projects.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate legal/technical concepts.
This is an excellent opportunity to drive the adoption of the latest legal tech and tools at a renowned law firm. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position. Applications will be unsuccessful if they don’t meet the above requirements, or aren’t within commuting distance of Bristol.
