Due to periods of growth and expansion, a leading organisation is recruiting now. My client is looking for a Data Centre Facilities Engineer to join their team. Ideal candidates will have the following:
- Full UK Driving Licence and willingness to travel between multiple sites
- Eligible for SC Clearance
- Working knowledge of LV Electrical systems, generators, switchgear, and critical infrastructure
- Experience with HVAC and cooling systems
- Understanding of fire detection/suppression and security systems
- Strong fault-finding, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
- Experience carrying out preventative and reactive maintenance (PPM schedules)
- Ability to monitor systems using BMS (Building Management Systems)
- Experience working alongside contractors, vendors, and external engineers
- Strong health and safety awareness
