A market-leading organisation requires an experienced AWS Cloud Engineer to join its growing team. Working within an established cloud services team, you will join a team of forward-thinking and experienced engineers focussed on ensuring the delivery, operation, security and evolution of customer AWS platforms.
The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience:
- Hands-on AWS experience across networking, storage, serverless, IAM, etc.
- Proficiency in Terraform or CloudFormation, and scripting (Python/Bash)
- Strong understanding of modern cloud architectures and DevOps practices
- Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- AWS certification (desirable)
- Experience of working within a managed services environment would be advantageous.
Duties will include:
- Managing, migrating, and supporting AWS enterprise environments
- Working on both production and non-production systems
- Supporting customer onboarding and cloud transformation projects
- Ensuring security, reliability, and operational excellence
- Staying ahead of AWS trends and best practices
