Salary: £90,000 - 100,000 per year
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a senior IT leadership role, including managing software development, IT infrastructure and information security while building and scaling teams.
- In-depth knowledge of IT infrastructure, cloud services, enterprise applications, software development and security technologies.
- Strong experience in web applications development (.NET).
- In-depth knowledge of Agile, SDLC, ITIL and COBIT frameworks.
- Strong understanding of data protection regulations, information security standards and cyber risk management.
- Demonstrable experience leading digital transformation and systems integration projects.
- Strong communication, collaboration and diplomacy skills.

Responsibilities:
- Maintain and develop our existing software solutions and systems.
- Keep up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends, with a particular focus on cyber, AI and automation.
- Communicate our technical strategies, challenges and achievements.
- Evaluate and implement scalable architectural designs.
- Ensure robust data management to support performance management and strategic decision-making.Lead technical teams through agile development methodologies.
- Set and manage our technology budgets.
- Manage the full IT team, including future recruitment, development and retention of staff.
- Monitor system performance and reliability.
- Identify and mitigate security vulnerabilities.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
