The ideal candidate will have:

• Strong technical skills in the Microsoft .Net ecosystem and related web technologies
• Proven experience delivering quality software in an Agile environment
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
• Ability to contribute to Scrum ceremonies and team meetings
• Willingness to challenge and improve existing processes
• Strong unit testing experience
• Good communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
