A leading organisation requires a Business Process Mapping Analyst to assist in a major programme of operational improvement. Working across a variety of functions, you will review how work is currently done, document and analyse end‑to‑end processes, and collaborate with stakeholders to design clear, agreed future‑state ways of working.
Duties will include:
- Mapping and documenting current “as is” processes
- Identifying inefficiencies, duplication, risk and compliance gaps
- Supporting strong data quality, MIS alignment and reporting
- Designing clear, consistent “to be” processes
- Embedding a culture of continuous process improvement
Suitable candidates will have the following:
- Substantial experience of mapping operational processes across multi‑site organisations
- Strong process mapping capability using BPMN, Lean or a similar product/tool
- Previous experience of working for a recognised consultancy
- A strong degree from a red brick university
- Confidence engaging stakeholders and leading workshops
- An understanding of MIS, data flows and reporting dependencies
- A structured, methodical approach to improvement and change
- PRINCE2 Practitioner status or equivalent experience
- Experience of the education sector is beneficial but not essential
