Location: Harrogate – 2 days a week on site.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead discovery workshops to map current processes and pain points (AS IS).
  • Work with the Head of Digital Transformation, Enterprise Architects and SMEs to identify and map target process models (TO BE).
  • Ensure the target process model aligns with and supports the business strategy and current enterprise architecture.
  • Create user stories for delivery.
  • Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure user story acceptance criteria are met in the delivered solution at sprint end review.
  • Work with process transition teams to facilitate the movement of business processes from current state to target state.
  • Ensure all artifacts created during discovery and delivery processes are clear, accurate, concise and made available to all key stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Strong business analysis experience gained in an enterprise environment.
  • Substantial agile experience, ideally Scrum.
  • Good knowledge of CRM, ERP (such as D365) and Billing platforms and architectures.
  • Strong understanding of mapping, dissecting and rebuilding data and entity models to support new business outcomes (BPMN).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels, both internally and externally.
  • Ability to work well under pressure within a busy environment and prioritise tasks accordingly.

Preferred Experience:

  • D365 Customer Engagement, D365 Finance and Operations, Data Lake, Power BI.
  • Azure DevOps, JIRA, Lucid or similar tools to capture and refine target process models.
  • BPMN notation.
  • Office 365 applications including Word, Excel and Teams.
