Suitable candidates must be SC clearable. Due to continued growth and expansion, a leading organisation is now hiring a Business Analyst to join its dynamic and growing team. An exciting role for a BA who can bridge business needs and cyber security, bringing an understanding of Secure by Design. You’ll deliver risk-informed analysis and ensure security is embedded across the full service lifecycle.
Ideal candidates will have the following:
- 3-5 years as a Business Analyst in secure or regulated environments
- Experience working on security, critical, compliance-driven, or government-led programmes is desirable but not essential
- Demonstrable experience in designing operational processes
- Proven experience delivering projects using Waterfall methodologies
- Strong stakeholder management, communication and relationship management skills
- Knowledge of service transition
- Experience with Secure by Design principles and familiarity with NCSC guidelines, Cyber Essentials or ISO 27001, plus an understanding of UK GDPR/Data Protection Act or contribution to related security documentation
- Proficient in requirements gathering, stakeholder analysis, and documentation
- Skilled in producing and managing key artefacts — including process maps (BPMN, flowcharts), risk logs, SRTMs, DPIAs, data flow diagrams and access control matrices — and confident creating clear diagrams and visual representations using common software tools.
