Business Analysis Manager - Transformation

Business Change Manager \\n Permanent \\n Hybrid (3x days in Central London)\\n\\n Were looking for an experienced Business Change Manager to join a major transformation programme for a leading organisation in the hospitality & entertainment space. \\n\\n This is a key role delivering large systems into an enterprise and driving end-to-end business change across multiple, concurrent projects within a wider multi-year transformation programme. \\n\\n Youll work closely with operational teams and tech leads to land change effectively across the business; helping ensure new systems and processes are adopted smoothly and successfully.

\\n\\n Experience managing multiple projects within a structured change or transformation programme \\n Experience within technology change – ie, Property Management Systems, ERP, Booking Engines etc \\n Strong business change and stakeholder management skills
