We are looking for an experienced Business Change Manager to join a major transformation programme for a leading organisation in the hospitality & entertainment space.
This is a key role delivering large systems into an enterprise and driving end-to-end business change across multiple, concurrent projects within a wider multi-year transformation programme.
You will work closely with operational teams and tech leads to land change effectively across the business; helping ensure new systems and processes are adopted smoothly and successfully.
- Experience managing multiple projects within a structured change or transformation programme
- Experience within technology change - i.e., Property Management Systems, ERP, Booking Engines etc.
- Strong business change and stakeholder management skills
