Senior Business Analyst – Bristol – New Roles (REFGJ51)

Salary: £60k per annum + Benefits and Progression

Location: Bristol (Hybrid)

Due to continued growth and expansion, a leading organisation is now hiring a Business Analyst to join its dynamic and growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering impactful IT projects.

Ideal candidates will have the following:

• Minimum 4 years as a Business Analyst in secure or regulated environments
• BCS Business Analysis International Diploma level qualification or equivalent
• Experience in business and systems analysis, ideally within a professional services environment.
• Proficient in business analysis techniques including data gathering, facilitation, and requirements management.
• Experienced in facilitating workshops with stakeholders, suppliers, and end users to gather and validate requirements
• Diplomatic, professional, and confident in conveying technical issues to non-technical audiences; able to influence and negotiate constructively.
• Demonstratable experience in designing operational processes
