We’re proud to be partnering with a leading organisation seeking a highly organised Digital Marketing Manager to lead content strategy, grow the community, and shape their external presence. You’ll manage social engagement, build stakeholder relationships, and create or repurpose content with the team.
Responsibilities
- Lead content creation across social media, website, and marketing channels.
- Repackage existing content and produce new assets (blogs, emails, videos, case studies, white papers).
- Manage press releases, website updates, thought leadership, and marketing materials.
- Create and gather case studies, including video content from patients, clinicians, and NHS stakeholders.
- Engage key stakeholders (patients, GPs, physios, digital leads, NHS teams) and build market presence.
- Drive social media engagement by starting conversations and delivering high-quality, educational content.
- Plan and manage events and webinars; coordinate partnerships and relevant industry attendance.
- Monitor and report on performance analytics to refine strategy.
Qualifications
- Experience of working in a fast-paced technology start up environment ideally agency experience.
- 2-3+ years’ experience in inbound marketing, content creation and community management in a B2B business.
- Experience in healthcare technology (not essential but desirable).
- Design and production skills to create the majority marketing collateral and content in house - this includes presentations, posts, videos, graphics, social media etc.
- Experience managing specialised contractors such as videographers or website developers.
- Action-oriented, with experience laying out content plan and reporting to internal stakeholders.
- Understanding of demand-generation strategies and tactics including email, social media, content syndication, direct mail, and events.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams (e.g., sales, commercial, product, clinical).
